DDI’s team include Angelica Montemayor: BA industrial Design /BA Architecture Design &
Rory Brooks, BA Architectural Design, who both work in unison with Denby Dowlings objectives and vision. The three have a perfect blend of creativity, technical know-how and subjective empathy for architectural design and aesthetics. As a team, we work closely with each individual client, assisting you to fulfill and understand your vision, objectives and own personal style.
As a multifaceted design team, DDI team collaborate with a number of Build teams Structural & Civic Engineers & are happy to collaborate with your own Architectural Design team, along with other industry experts and consultants, so we may choose the direction, design & systems that make your project work aesthetically and efficiently.

DDI also pursues and directs construction documents, permits and approvals, liaising with all the regulatory agencies and authorities, including council and strata bodies. We also assist with selecting individual contractors.
Once construction begins, we offer project management throughout, overseeing construction, problem solving.
Post-construction services , such as final inspections, quality assessments, warranties etc, and of course the Interior design[3] scope.
